Tracking codes take 3 to 7 business days to be passed on from our suppliers to you, the customer.
We are not responsible if the product fails to be delivered to the recipient due to the delivery address being filled in incorrectly on our website at the time of checkout.

After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. If the couriers are not in possession of your order, contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers. Confirming that there is a problem in the logistics of your order, we will FULL void your purchase immediately after these verification steps.
It is important that you provide the means to carry out the delivery to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up the order at a post office near your address. Storage fees are charged if not picked up within 7 calendar days. The fee amount depends on the weight/volume of the product.
